First MLB Jersey Of Angels Mike Trout Set To Go Over $1 Million On Auction Block

Jersey collectors are excited about the chance to get their hands on perhaps the most expensive jersey in all of sports for a long time to come - the first MLB game-worn jersey of Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout.

Trout made his MLB debut on July 8th, 2011 against the Seattle Mariners, playing centerfield.

The Angels won the game 4-3, and Trout went 0-for-3 at the plate in the one-run win for Los Angeles.

Lelands is the auction house that is hosting the action, which will go on through April 2nd. You can click HERE to see where the jersey auction stands.

Trout is one of the hottest names in all of collecting these days, as a 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft Prospects Trout Superfractor card sold last year for a whopping for $3.93 million.

TMZ reports that Lelands says that the jersey is expected to go over $1 million when the auction finally wraps up in just over a month.
