Fauci Says We Are in 'Bottom of the 6th' in COVID War

Dr. Anthony Fauci is booked on some combination of ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC every single day, putting immense pressure on the babbling tyrant. Yesterday, he didn't have much ammunition, so he proudly declared that the war against COVID is in the “bottom of the 6th” inning.

As they say, something is better than nothing.

Here are two people I have no interest in seeing on TV for the rest of 2021:

Second, what does that even mean? Bottom of the 6th? Based on what?

According to the AP, as of Monday, almost 247 million shots have been given, and close to 106 million Americans are fully vaccinated. Furthermore, President Joe Biden said the plan is to deliver at least one shot to 70% of adult Americans by July 4. Texas and Florida are also thriving.

So, what does the bottom of the 9th look like? It's not herd immunity, a goal once deemed the endgame, now called impossible. Perhaps, we need 100% of Americans vaccinated?

COVID gives Fauci power. Once the country reaches the bottom of the 9th, the guy becomes an irrelevant TV talent. Thus, Fauci may never announce even the top of the 9th. Power-seeking politicians like Gretchen Whitmer probably won't either.

What a useless "expert."
