Eminem Talked To Musburger and Herby and It Was Weird

Videos by OutKick

Just as the third quarter of the Notre Dame – Michigan game began ESPN/ABC decided to put Eminem in the booth with Kirk Herbstreit and Brent Musburger.

And it might have been the weirdest halftime interview in the history of sports. Eminem, who claims to have been sober for years, appeared to be under the influence of something substantial. Or maybe he was just nervous and socially awkward.

You have to watch it and make your own decision.

I don’t even know what my favorite part was. Was it when Musburger asked Eminem if the Detroit Lions would cover -4.5? Was it when Eminem said, “I’m really uncomfortable right now?” Was it when Eminem stared blankly at Musburger and appeared on the verge of collapsing? Was it when Eminem told Brent he would be one of his fantasy announcers?

It’s hard to pick a favorite part because this entire interview was a pyramid of awkwardness.

You have to watch.

This is amazing.

And real.

Here’s a close-up for you.
