Think it’s hot where you live?

I’m in northern Ohio where we’re expected to top out today at 98 or so, which is blazing hot for this area. I get that those of you in the south are used to 98 and high humidity. Then there is Vegas heat where they’re looking at record highs next week. I’m talking 113 heat on Monday and even hotter as you head towards the California line where it will be 112 to 118. Yes, it’s a dry heat, but heat is heat at the end of the day.

And I thought the heat index of 105 here in Ohio was going to be bad. Here’s my plan through all this — work in the AC all day and then go out in the backyard and swim in the shade. Maybe crush a few beers, eat dinner and then go back into the AC to rewatch Thursday’s round of the Memorial. Sounds like a pretty nice day.
