Drone Shot Was Best Part Of HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’

Just when we thought we despised everything new school, HBO’s Hard Knocks opened up an episode using a drone flyover that was one of the coolest things we saw all week. Outkick owner Clay Travis brought the view to attention on Twitter:

It may be a bit much for some people, but I would like to see more drone usage during NFL games. Maybe not on national broadcasts — perhaps an alternative network can allow access to this type of coverage though. The movements are smooth, which prevent us from getting sick, and the only downside would probably be a security risk. Couldn’t imagine how scary it could get if an unauthorized drone made it into a packed NFL stadium.

If they can iron out those security risks, the NFL should make the drone flyover a weekly thing. They’ve got about two weeks to clear this, so get it done!

  1. Will someone tell me why Dax Prescott is the most losing athlete that’s covered in sports. The man hasn’t dine anything significant but the National media talk about this guy everyday. I’m sick and tired of hearing about this guy when I do in podcast or TV I tune out. It’s not worth listening or watching until he does something please focus on guys in the lead that are playing and winning games .

P.S Young Sheffield if you haven’t already apologize to Jason Whitlock for giving you the opportunity. Put your young ego and pride aside and thank the man especially if you call yourself a Christian 👍

    • I don’t call myself a Christian, for one. And for two, Jason Whitlock has my phone number. If he wants to pop off he can call my phone. Apologizing to a 50-year-old man that gets chippy with everyone he’s ever worked with after he sends a tweet and then blocks me is next level hilarious. No apologies are coming his way from not just me, but anyone.
