Drew Brees Has New Hair

As a guy who doesn't have much hair left, it was nice to have guys like Drew Brees in our corner as a fellow dad who was losing the lettuce. Drew was the 42-year-old who would end up at a No. 1 guard by his 50th birthday when it would be all good because he was just another dad who'd been through the wars of life.

AND THEN NBC TROTS OUT DREW BREES ON NATIONAL TV WITH A NEW HEAD OF HAIR like ESPN trotted out Jason Witten with a straight-up rug in what ended up a disastrous year of Monday Night Football.

It wasn't just any new hair for Brees. It's thick! Full! Darker! It's Wayne Rooney hair!

There's no shame in getting new hair. Guys get new cars. New wives. New trucks. New grills. New jobs. New zero-turn mowers with amazing stereo systems. Guys like to upgrade and that's just how it is.

It's just a hard pill to swallow that we lost one of us last night as NBC heads towards an Al Michaels-Drew Brees Sunday Night Football booth. Drew had to have a full head of hair for the TV camera.

Us dads who work from home and barely leave the house will go on with life where we drop down a guard each year as old age starts to set in. Stay strong, fellas. Save that hair money for golf trips and a new Traeger.

We have a solid Getty account that allows us to go back and look at Drew's hair over the years. Might as well use it:
