The Ravens play the Cowboys tonight, and Baltimore wide receiver Dez Bryant was supposed to have a revenge game against his former team. However, Bryant says he was pulled right before kickoff over a positive COVID-19 test:
Tell me why they pull me from warming up so I can go get tested… my shit come back positive… I tested positive for Covid WTF

Yea I’m going to go ahead and call it a quit for the rest of the season… I can’t deal with this

It’s been a really weird year, but I can’t recall anything quite like this in the NFL yet. Do they do contact tracing now? Then what? Stay tuned.
Regardless, you have to feel for Bryant, who had to have been chomping at the bit to play in this game in his comeback season.
Update: Contact tracing does not appear to be an issue for the Ravens:
All other #Ravens players tested negative for COVID-19 and no high-risk close contacts were identified, source said. So, no Dez Bryant, but game on as scheduled and no other players impacted.
