This is a legit place, in a great location. There’s a BJ’s Pizza there too, specializing in deep dish. The only knock is the indoor gym looks pretty cramped. It could easily lose half the equipment in there.

I’m too lazy to look it up, but if solar was allowed in that zip code he’d save enough to buy a small island getaway.
