Dear Non-Super Bowl Contenders, We Have An Updated NFL Draft Order

Championship Sunday has come and gone and the matchup for Super Bowl LVI is set — the Cincinnati Bengals will face the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Feb. 13.

For non-playoff teams, the NFL Draft order is determined by the inverted 2021 standings, plus a series of tiebreakers, starting with strength of schedule. For playoff teams, the order is determined by their postseason outcome and regular-season record.

The Bears, Colts, Rams, 49ers and Seahawks currently don't have a first-round pick. As one of four teams with multiple picks in the opening round, the Lions will be a team to keep an eye on come spring.
