Fox News host Dan Bongino reacted to President Joe Biden and Democrats coming around to the theory that COVID-19 leaked from a Wuhan lab on Monday on Fox News.
Bongino observed that the Democrats’ theory on the lab leak initially insisted that “it was a conspiracy and you’re all wackos” and that it “evolved” when mainstream media coverage started to admit “maybe this is real.”
He said that isn’t an evolution.
“What an evolution is ‘we don’t have the information yet,'” he said. “What [Democrats] said is people like you, me, and others at the network who are open to alternate explanations, they called us wackos and conspiracy theorists.”
Bongino said the evidence was everywhere. “To the leftists, let’s not pretend this was some kind of ‘wait and see,'” he said. “You weren’t.”
His words come as former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Sunday that he believes the coronavirus pandemic originated with a leak out of a lab in Wuhan, China, and mentioned that the Trump administration came close to uncovering the details of how it began, Fox News reports.
“We have a really good idea what happened here,” Pompeo said during an interview on Fox News Sunday. “There is an enormous amount of evidence that there was a leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. There is a pile of evidence a hundred feet high, I have high confidence that that’s the case. We pressed the Chinese Communist Party really hard – not just the State Department, but our CDC and others too.”
Yet Beijing Biden and his merry band of Marxist Leninist will do nothing about China as China released the China virus on the world and has killed millions. Yet Hunter will collect his Chinese dollars and waste it on drugs and make sure “The Big Guy” gets his cut.
