Twitter Reacts To OJ Simpson Death News

As you'd expect, the OJ Simpson death news had Twitter buzzing Thursday as millions of Americans attempted to dump out heartfelt messages during this difficult time.

News came down just as The Masters attempted to get the first round started that The Juice died Wednesday. He was 76.

To many, Juice was an all-time football great. To others, Orenthal was best known for beating a double-murder charge via the best lawyers in the game. And to many Millennials and Gen Zers, Juice will be best known for his work on social media, including Twitter where he opined on politics, sports, golf and whatever else was going on in the world while fully knowing he was about to be inundated with "killer" comments.

What a run it was for Juice. No matter whether you think he rammed a knife into Nicole Brown and bludgeoned her to death or whether you were a fan of his social media work, there's no denying that OJ left behind one hell of a Wikipedia entry.

Many forget that OJ faced life in prison over a Las Vegas hotel robbery charge where he tried to get back his memorabilia and that was eventually reduced to 33 years in prison. Ultimately, he got out in 2017 and started his social media work.

While in prison, he ran a fantasy football league, coached softball and was pretty much like a rec ed professor.

Wednesday, that Hall of Fame Wikipedia life came to a close.

Here's how Twitter reacted:
