Trophy Wife Spends Hundreds A Month To Look Hot In Order To Be A Better Mother

What does a trophy wife do when she becomes a mother?  It's a question that has plagued trophy wives since the beginning of time.  Is it time to embrace life as a soccer mom complete with a minivan?

Not if you're Hope James Fifield.  The 28-year-old, who describes herself as a "Trophy Wife" simply added another title to her bio.  She's now a "Stay at home MILF" as well as a trophy wife.

Rolling through life with both titles requires hundreds of dollars a month to be spent on keeping up her appearance.  But ultimately, it's for a good cause, because it's making her a better mother and, therefore, her husband, Carter, doesn't mind.

Hope, who calls Kentucky home, always knew that she wanted a spouse that would provide while she focused on looking hot.  So a few years ago, when the couple tied the knot, she quit her job as a preschool teacher and got to work on her looks.

She spends roughly $500 every month on the Pilates lessons, the gym membership and clothes to keep her trophy wife title.  She hasn't let becoming a mother put a dent in any of that.  In fact, her new baby wasn't about to catch her slipping in the hospital.

"I've always been vain and that wasn't going to change when I became a mom," Hope told the Daily Mail.  "I did consider having full makeup when in labor but I didn't like the idea of mascara running down my face, so I settled on false nails that I applied while in hospital."

Being A Trophy Wife Takes A Lot Of Work

Settling into life as a new mom hasn't meant that she's pumped the brakes on her lifestyle whatsoever.  She is still putting in the work and has zero plans of stopping.

"Even now, I always have my nails and fake tan done because I always like to feel put together.  I'll never put myself on the back burner," Hope says.  "Even if I'm wearing leggings and a sweatshirt, I'll have my makeup and some jewelry on."

But this isn't all about her and making sure she doesn't lose her two titles.  This is also about a much bigger pursuit of hers.  The pursuit of being a good mom, one that sets a good example for her daughter.

"I like to look nice for myself, and my husband and set a good example for my daughter," she added.  "I hoped and dreamed for a daughter, but she is an addition to my life, not my whole life."

Anyone doubting that she's not on the right path needs to get with the program here.  This isn't just an idea that popped into her head one day.  This has been a lifelong goal.

"Ever since I was little, I've wanted to be a trophy wife and I want to look like a bombshell.  I love looking hot and being on Cater's arm while he shows me off to his work colleagues," Hope added.

"I'm very traditional in that I appreciate the man being the breadwinner and that wives should look good for their husbands.  I was adamant that this wouldn't change when we started a family."

Are we looking at mom of the year right here?  It sure sounds like we've got ourselves a nominee at the very least.  Unfortunately, it's far too early in the year to pick a winner.
