Sylvester Stallone Went Full 'Rocky' With His Daughters And Navy SEALs

Even Rocky knows that New York City's crime is out of control.

Ahead of his three daughters moving to the Big Apple, Sylverster Stallone had Navy SEALs train them in self-defense because he was so worried about their safety. And can you really blame him? His daughters were moving to a city that proudly boasts that they let criminals back on the street - many times without even paying bail!

"Sophia and I got our asses whooped by these guys [the Seals]. They were the real deal," Sistine Stallone told the New York Post ahead of the Season 2 premiere of ‘The Family Stallone' on Paramount+.

STALLONE WANTED DAUGHTERS READY FOR A FIGHT

Apparently, Stallone went full Rocky on them with his training to get them in tip-top shape if any muggers try messing with them on the subway. 21-year-old daughter Sophia said that Sly would wake them up at the crack of dawn every morning before making them do "sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, clean and jerks."

I can just imagine the still-jacked, 77-year-old Stallone grabbing a damn trumpet and going from room to room waking up his three daughters in their 20s to get them ready for SEAL self-defense training of all things. I just hope he played the Rocky "Gonna Fly Now," theme song, over and over!

"It was a rigorous routine. Every day at 6 a.m., he would make us eat eggs with ketchup. For some reason, that combination … to bulk up," Sophia continued.

‘RIGOROUS TRAINING’

And if that wasn't enough, Stallone was REALLY reliving his movie days when he made them try and catch a chicken with their bare hands - which did not turn out to be so easy.

"It was the hardest. It was about six hours. We were in those woods [trying to train and catch the animal,]" the girls said.

Come to think of it, forget Rocky, Stallone went full on Rambo when he decided to bring in his SEAL buddies.

NEW YORK CITY CRIME IS OUT OF CONTROL

Thankfully, the three girls have now lived in the cesspool that has become New York City for nearly a year now without incident. But God help whoever tries to mess with one of them; not only will the criminal most likely get an ass whooping, but Stallone is clearly the last person you want to make angry. He would legitimately be the real life version of Liam Neeson in the ‘Taken’ movies

By the way, if you're interested in Sly waking up his daughters to train, the footage will be shown on this season of The Family Stallone.

Now go put the Rocky soundtrack on your headphones and start your day everyone!
