Stripper Couple Now Engaged After Falling In Love At First Lap Dance

Love can find you anywhere if you're open to it.  It could be a chance encounter out in public, when your eyes happen to find the eyes of another, or love could come knocking when you're trying to enjoy a lap dance during a strip show.

Shannon Lawson and Jordan Darrell are one such couple who found love during a lap dance.  They met during one of Jordan's strip shows with the group Dreamboys.  He slid towards her on his knees after she was invited on stage, gave her a lap dance, and that's how easily the seeds of love were planted

Shannon said, "The very first time I met Jordan was at one of his strip shows, my first thought and impression was that this guy is a bit of me."  She then stayed for a backstage meet and greet and exchanged numbers with him.

That was four years ago.  After "falling in love at first lap dance," the couple is now engaged and have a son together.  The relationship didn't just bring Shannon a new love, it brought her a new career as well.

During their relationship, Shannon watched Jordan - a creative director with the Dreamboys - do his thing and became interested in pursuing exotic dancing herself.  So she did a trial shift at a club, fell in love with stripping and left her career as a healthcare assistant behind.

"I was a professional dancer and got into stripping by auditioning with my friend," Jordan said.  "We absolutely, in my words, killed that audition and then the rest is history.  Now I take my clothes off every day of the week."

Love Found During A Lap Dance Can Last

Shannon added, "We just had a conversation one day and I said I really want to try it.  I have tried other things, but stripping was like the one thing that I hadn't tried, and I really did want to give it a go."

Now that they're both strippers, they face backlash on social media.  Those who show up to share their hate, don't believe that the two can be good parents during the day, while taking their clothes off at night.

Obviously, the two aren't buying what the haters are trying to sell them.  The couple has built their own family bubble and are thriving in their careers as strippers.  Trolls aren't going to stop these two.

When love and a new career come calling, answer the call and welcome all with open arms.  There could very well be a brand-new life waiting.

Sure there might be some trolls along the way, but if you follow the path these two strippers have gone down, there's a good chance you'll come out on top.
