Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Brooks Nader Continues Her Cowgirl Divorce Celebration At Miami Beach

Earlier this month, news that Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Brooks Nader was getting divorced made the rounds with reports that she and her husband had been living apart for months before calling it quits.

The news of the split from her advertising executive husband, Billy Haire, was later confirmed through a rep who told People, "The split is amicable.  She's a busy person and career wise she's on top of the world."

"All relationships are hard and some can be salvaged, some can't," the statement continued.  "They're both truly amazing people.  They have just decided to go their separate ways."

Brooks greeted the news on social media with a cowgirl look front and center.  And just like that, I predicted a summer of Brooks Nader was on the way.

I'm happy to report that the prediction appears to be coming true and is slightly ahead of schedule.  She's off and running on what can be speculated to be a big newly single summer.

She hit the Kentucky Derby, she's gone blonde, she put on a strong performance for the SI Swimsuit 60th anniversary festivities over the weekend, and she's now putting the "blondes have more fun" theory to the test at Miami Beach.

Brooks Nader Keeps The Cowgirl Look As She Prepares To Have Herself A Summer

While Brooks has changed up her hair color, she's kept the cowgirl look as her divorce celebration, for lack of a better term, rolls on.

A cowgirl hat with a string thong bikini makes for an interesting combination as one hits the water.  From the looks of it, she's enjoying the apparent theme.

This is what pouring a solid foundation for a summer run looks like.  Brooks didn't drop the divorce news and then crawl into a hole somewhere until the dust settled.

She let the news come out, had her rep handle the statement, and has been business as usual ever since.  A trip down to Miami Beach after a weekend with SI Swimsuit is the perfect way to spend a few days off.

It's never easy going through a breakup, but the timing, if you have to go through it, couldn't have been better for the SI Swimsuit veteran.  Buckle up, summer is just getting underway.
