Sean Strickland Praises Florida People With Wild Tweet

Sean Strickland is going viral for a truly wild tweet involving people in Florida.

People in Florida have the reputation of being absolutely wild for all the right reasons. It almost feels like it is its own country in some ways. There are different cultures in different areas of the state, people take great pride in the state and the animal thunderdome down there is crazy.

You can even find Coors Banquet in Florida. As someone who recently visited, I can confirm it's a great state.

Sean Strickland hits send button on wild Florida tweet.

Strickland, one of the best fighters on the planet, took to X late Wednesday to profess his love for Florida and the people in the state, but his viral tweet took some unexpected turns.

"I went to Florida for a few days, real normal people. I'm convinced they're turning the frogs gay on the west coast......Don't drink the water or you might wake up wanting to cut your balls off dye your hair pink and call yourself Jessica," the UFC superstar tweeted.

Classic Strickland content. Very on-brand.

Naturally, people had plenty to say about Strickland's tweet that pivoted from praising the great people of Florida to whether or not people might castrate themselves and change their name to Jessica.

What a world to be living in. Check out some of the reactions below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com:

There's some people who wonder whether or not Sean Strickland believes the things he says or if he's elaborate performance art.

He absolutely believes what he says at a baseline level, which is what makes him so damn funny. He went to Canada and absolutely torched the Canadian government without holding back for a second.

Not only did roast Canadian politics, but he also destroyed the woke Canadian media. The man is who he is, and he's not going to apologize for it.

What will the next crazy thing that comes out of Strickland's mouth or be posted on his social media feeds? We can't wait to find out!
