Sex-Crazed? Olympics In Paris Expected To Be Flood With Condoms

Athletes participating in the Olympics in Paris shouldn't have any problem getting their hands on some condoms.

The Olympics start in late July in Paris, and it should be another fun opportunity to watch athletes from around the world compete. As usual, I expect America to soundly dominate.

However, some athletes might not have much energy after burning calories on extra-curricular activities, judging by how many condoms will be handed out.

Hundreds of thousands of condoms to be given to Olympic athletes in Paris.

Roughly 300,000 condoms are expected to be given out to athletes at the Olympic village, according to Sky News.

That's enough for every athlete to use two a day on average. Like I said, it seems like people plan on being rather busy outside of competition.

For those of you who might not be aware, the Olympics aren't just for winning gold medals. It's a sex-crazed party featuring some of the best athletes in the world.

The Olympic village is out of control when it comes to hooking up. That includes alleged hot tub orgies and people in the best shape of their lives getting together.

Former table tennis star Matthew Syed once wrote, "My answer is always the same: too right it is. I played my first Games in Barcelona in 1992 and got laid more often in those two and a half weeks than in the rest of my life up to that point."

You know things are out of control when a table tennis player is talking about how he "got laid more often" while in the Olympic village than the rest of his life.

Turns out putting a bunch of young athletes together in close proximity has the exact outcome anyone with a brain who ever went to college would expect.

In order to make sure diseases aren't spread, the officials in Paris are flooding the Olympic Village with condoms. Two a day per athlete sounds more like a challenge than anything else.

Does the amount of condoms being handed out surprise you or does it make perfect sense? Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
