Iranian Dictator Hit With Hilarious Community Note

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been hit with a savage community note.

Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi - known as the Butcher of Tehran - died this past weekend in a helicopter crash after he attempted to fly through horrific weather in a northwest mountain region of the country.

As I've said before, if Hell is real, then Raisi is in it. He was a horrible human who oversaw the slaughter of political dissidents.

Well, Khamenei had a different tone, and he's not been publicly dragged for it.

Iranian dictator dragged with hilarious community note.

Following Raisi's death, Khamenei tweeted that he was a martyr. It was a bizarre thing to say seeing as how he died in a helicopter crash, and not in a war or something similar.

Well, community notes showed up to make the same point. The viral-tweet now includes a hilarious community note pointing out that Raisi is absolutely not a martyr for simply dying in a helicopter crash.

Check it out below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

You simply love to see things like this. Community notes is arguably the greatest improvement to X that Elon Musk has made since buying the social media platform.

If people try to spread false information or incorrectly frame a situation, then community notes can swoop in and set the record straight.

Khamenei - a scumbag in his own right - trying to claim Raisi is a martyr for dying in a helicopter crash and then getting lit up is X at its finest.

It's never a bad day to watch the Iranian leadership get embarrassed. In fact, it's a reason to crack a beer and celebrate if I've ever heard one. Enjoy, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
