Hate Elevators? Don't Watch This Flood Footage From Omaha

In an attempt to collect some content, downtown Omaha, Nebraska resident Tony Luu and friends jumped into an elevator Sunday night to go downstairs to get that Snap, IG and TikTok footage. Then the water started coming in. Fast.

"Water started coming in through the vents and then I just thought it was going to come up to my ankles," Luu told KETV, adding that he called 911 and roommates to come save him and his two friends. "I was like, 'Hey, you need to come down. I could be dying right now," Luu said.

The water got up to Luu's neck before the elevator door was opened by first responders and roommates.

Let this serve as a lesson to all of you content hunters who need that flaming hot IG material. One minute you could be envisioning 40,000 LIKES and the dopamine rush that comes with such a major life accomplishment. The next minute you could be getting Luu'd in the elevator. You could drop your iPhone18 in the waters and be completely screwed.

What I'm trying to say here is that it would completely suck to go out as you drown before getting that flaming hot IG Story flood water footage. Live to fight another day, you content creators. Get that content from the balcony. Or at least try the stairs next time.
