Delta Force Operator Explains Brutal Truth Of Gunshot Wounds

People getting shot in real life is nothing like the movies.

Action movies are incredibly popular in America. In fact, some of the most popular movies ever made are action films where bad guys get blown away as music plays in the background and they fall in choreographed ways. However, have you ever wondered what it's like in real life?

During my interview with former Delta Force operator Dave Nielsen, he made a comment that really kind of surprised me when discussing the reality of shooting people and gunshot wounds. Specifically, how "nobody dies fast" after getting shot. Intrigued? I was too, and it's a great bit of information.

You can watch Dave's explanation of the actual reality of guys getting shot starting around 53:00, and definitely make sure to send me your thoughts to David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

I really do hope you're all enjoying these clips, and judging from all the messages I've received about Dave's interview, I think that you are. The good news is that I'm not done sharing them just yet. We're going to have a few more clips from this interview before it's all said and done. Dave is a hell of an American, and I'm thankful he trusts me to help share his story. Make sure to keep sending me your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com, and I can promise I'll keep bringing you all more stories about Delta Force members and other heroes!
