Cops Pull Over DJ Khaled While He Rides Barefoot, Unbelted In Beloved Golf Cart

DJ Khaled, a man who I'm still not exactly sure what it is he does, had a run-in with police while cruising around his Miami neighborhood in a golf cart.

If you're wondering how you even get pulled over while behind the wheel of a golf cart, it can be done. Just ask Nashville Predators bench boss Andrew Brunette.

According to TMZ, the music producer (again, I think that's what he does) found himself talking to police after a motorcycle officer pulled him over.

There's no word on why Khaled was pulled over. However, the outlet did note that Khaled wasn't wearing a seatbelt. But, if you think about it, I'm not sure I've encountered too many golf carts that were outfitted with seat belts in the first place.

They also noted that Khaled was barefoot.

TMZ reportedly reached out to police but didn't get any answer as to why Khaled had been pulled over, though they did mention that whatever it was, it was minor.

The musician (is that what he is?! No, that can't be; I don't believe you) appears to love nothing more than recreational transportation. I've seen plenty of videos of him whipping around on a jetski like he's Kenny f---kin' Powers, and he also loves himself a golf cart.

There was the time he got his golf cart momentarily stuck on a curb and used the moment to impart a pearl of inspirational wisdom.

There was also the time he cruised down the highway in another golf cart.

The guy loves himself some golf carts.

It doesn't appear that the golf cart aficionado's run-in with Johnny Law will affect a gig he's supposed to have over the weekend. He is scheduled to wave the green flag to start the Daytona 500 on Sunday.
