Cris Collinsworth Was The Jeopardy! Answer That No One Knew

The Jeopardy! nerds were at it again Thursday night with the sports clues. This time it was Cris Collinsworth who stumped some of the most highly trained trivia people in the world.

Cris wasn't the only triple stumper of the night. The three contestants -- Natalie, Yoshie and Tracy -- also missed a $1000 clue in JOCKS: "The unconventional methods of this long-hitting 2020 U.S. Open champ include using a protractor on the putting green."

That's right: Who is Bryson DeChambeau?

Yoshie Hill ended up surviving Final Jeopardy! and is a 2-day champ with $31,600 in winnings.

The final episode of Jeopardy! featuring Alex Trebek airs tonight. It won't seem any different than a regular show, according to Jeopardy! executive producer Mike Richards.

“Alex didn’t think that was going to be his last episode,” Richards told Deadline.

“He was planning on hosting the show the next week. That was his focus. And then when he wasn’t feeling well, he told me, ‘I am not going to be able to come this coming Monday-Tuesday, but let’s look at the following Monday and Tuesday.’ Those were the days we shot. That was as late as Thursday of the week he passed away. He passed away Sunday morning.”

There will be a tribute package at the end of Friday's episode, looking back at Trebek's career on the show.
