Colts Player Arrives At Camp In Style... Well, In A Race Car

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Kenny Moore took a page out of Reggie Wayne's training camp entrances notebook as he arrived to camp in an IndyCar on Tuesday.

Moore arrived in Anderson in a two-seater driven by Pato O'Ward, and IndyStar reports Moore and O'Ward developed a friendship through social media, that they text frequently and have met for dinner and go-karting.

Wayne, a former Colts receiver, arrived in camp in 2014 in a two-seater driven by Ed Carpenter.

"I'm a guy that likes speed and this is one way to get that speed in me. I enjoyed every bit of it," Wayne said, adding this was his favorite of his creative training camp arrivals, IndyStar reports.

Wayne also arrived in hunting gear, a dump truck, and a helicopter.

Moore, on the other hand, got a two-seater ride from Mario Andretti in May prior to the Indianapolis 500 after developing an affinity for the sport. He has attended multiple races this season, IndyStar reports.

“It’s just one of those times where you just had to be there,” Moore told the IndyStar of the ride with Andretti. “To the people that haven’t done that before, I think that’s a great experience. It gives you a greater appreciation of life and a great respect for all those guys involved in those cars.”
