Colin Cowherd's California House Under Contract After Two Days On The Market

Just a month after announcing "My life bout to get more interesting," Colin Cowherd's incredible Manhattan Beach house is officially under contract two days after going on the market with an asking price of $6,999,999, according to a property listing. OutKick's Bobby Burack reported in December that Cowherd was shopping for real estate in Las Vegas that would include studio space along with a house. The move is believed to be a signal that Cowherd will jump into the sports gambling industry.

Property records show Cowherd's 5,936 sq. ft. California house, presented by Lauren Forbes with Compass Real Estate, was purchased by the Fox Sports personality and his wife in 2018 for $6,700,000.

As you can see from the photos, the six bedroom, five and a half bathroom house will definitely be move-in ready for the new owners. Four bedrooms have views towards the Hollywood sign.

Foldaway doors open to an indoor/outdoor environment where you can enjoy the saltwater pool while watching miserably cold football games in Buffalo and Green Bay. Tired of the pool? Pick a patio to lounge and watch games. Need to play some pool during halftime? Cowherd's house has that too.

Now it's time for someone to enjoy it. If Burack's sources are correct, Cowherd's days in California are coming to an end.
