Clayton Kershaw gave up four earned in just five innings of last night’s pivotal Game 4 sending the Braves to a 3-1 NLCS lead. The MVP and 3-time Cy Young winner is yet again a meme, but our very own Clay Travis wants to know:
Who is the Clayton Kershaw of other sports?
Comparing athletes across sports is hard, but who is the Clayton Kershaw of other sports, dominant in regular season, but can’t win a title in postseason? Fire away with your best analogies.

Per usual, we got some awesome replies.

Charles Barkley, Warren Moon back in the day. 90s Buffalo Bills. I was such a huge fan of the bills back then. Dominate offense and defense w/ personality’s all over the place.

Considering the lofty expectations for Hillary, she makes a decent comparison. Flood the comment section with who you feel Clayton Kershaw most resembles in other sports. Clay Travis would love to see those (as a Braves fan).
NFL: Buffalo Bills…
John Stockton & Karl Malone
Dan Marino
I hate to say it, but personally I think the obvious answer is Peyton Manning. I know he won 2 rings, but the first one was against Rex Grossman. Then he was benched halfway through the season for Brock Osweiler the year he won his second championship. You can argue, he’s the best regular season QB ever. He just didn’t show up in the postseason, and that goes all the way back to high school.
I think Barry Bonds. Great player and had problems in the plsyoffs with the exception of 2002.
James Harden & Russell Westbrook
