ESPN continues to lose its top personalities. In 2020, every valuable talent with an expiring contract opted to leave: Adam Amin, Will Cain, Tom Rinaldi, and Emmanuel Acho.
On the OutKick Daily Mailbag, Clay Travis was asked about the topic. He says that top personalities have realized they no longer need ESPN.
Clay points out that Colin Cowherd, Dan Patrick, Skip Bayless, Will Cain, and Erin Andrews have all had more success after leaving ESPN.
Here’s the full segment:
"I don't know if leaving ESPN is becoming a trend. I think what's going on is people are recognizing that they don't have to stay at ESPN to be stars." –@ClayTravis pic.twitter.com/Ic5fTWwdkO

Clay predicts Dan Le Batard, who OutKick first reported is leaving ESPN, will next join the list.
But I bet Katie Nolan, Sarah Spain, and Mina Kimes will be staying forever.
Good one
Add Clinton Yates, Torre, and Bojo to that list of winners.
Mike Golic is leaving, too.
