The sports world got some scary news on Tuesday when legendary golfer Tiger Woods was hospitalized after a one-vehicle accident. The injuries aren’t life-threatening, but any and all developments with the story are worth monitoring.
Soon after the news broke, OutKick owner Clay Travis went on OutKick the Show to talk about Tiger. He started with some fantastic advice about how to handle stories like this one.
“I’d encourage you to be a little bit cautious about what reports you believe,” Clay said. “Because it is so difficult, oftentimes, with breaking news stories to know with 100 percent certainty what is being reported and what is not being reported.”
Clay then proceeded to go over details of the story before talking about what Tiger means to the sports world.
That wasn’t the only topic he covered, however. Clay also got into the $52 billion decrease in the valuation of DirecTV, Canada’s desire to move the 2022 Olympics, Isaiah Wilson’s bust status and a whole lot more. Check it out in the tweet below.
Tiger Woods traffic accident, Canada votes to remove Olympics from China, DirecTV sold for $52 billion less than it was bought for in 2015, AG on men in women's sports, Isaiah Wilson Titans pick https://t.co/s9o3j5UL8J

I was with Clay the whole way until he called Merrick Garland “eminently reasonable.” Clay needs to go listen to what has been coming out of this man’s mouth recently. Thank God he’s not on the SCOTUS.
If Garland is “reasonable” then I’m the Pope
Garland is a full blown evil deep state establishment communist anti constitution shit stain.
Clay come on man did you watch Garland under questioning wow he came across like he didn’t know anything couldn’t or wouldn’t answer any questions please don’t confirm this guy bad news for our country
It wasn’t necessary for Clay to talk about Garland at all…unless he wanted to virtue signal to the legal fraternity currently holding sway.
I guess Clay should address the Neera Tanden nomination as well.
