Clay Joins Jesse Kelly On 'I'm Right' To Discuss LeBron Dodging COVID Vaccine Question

NBA star LeBron James has been outspoken on a number of issues. When it comes to the COVID-19 vaccine, however, the Los Angeles Laker would rather stay silent. Odd how that works, but it isn't all that surprising.

Willingly electing to take the "shut up and dribble" route has caused a reaction from many, including from us here at OutKick. OutKick founder Clay Travis joined Jesse Kelly on his show I'm Right on Tuesday night to discuss LeBron's hypocrisy.

When Kelly asked Clay about LeBron's inconsistencies, here is what he had to say:

"Yeah, I wish LeBron would keep his opinion to himself on a lot of issues, honestly," Clay said laughingly. "Look, he's entitled to any opinion that he wants to have under the sun, but this is the guy who said the First Amendment isn't always a good thing. And said that he would never shut up and dribble unless China asks him to shut up and dribble so he can make sure he gets Space Jam 2."

In other words, Clay came out swinging, and it was fantastic.

He then proceeded to rip LeBron for staying silent on Chinese genocide, human rights violations and other basic human issues going on in that country and choosing to be on the side of modern-day Nazis in China.

The NBA is asking its top superstars to advocate for the vaccine, but LeBron's avoidance is doing just the opposite. He's outspoken on almost every other topic, but when it comes to China or his decision on getting the vaccine, those aren't worth being vocal about.

It's a fantastic interview that's worth checking out.
