There is nothing wrong with just cutting loose and enjoying yourself every once in awhile. Work hard, play hard, right? When it comes to a reason for celebration, getting Super Bowl ring No. 7 has to be at — or near — the top of the list.
In other words, Tom Brady had every right to party on Wednesday. OutKick owner Clay Travis didn’t just approve of it either. He absolutely loved it, and he respects the way Brady has used social media to change people’s perception of him.
“I can’t think of an athlete that has used social media better than Tom Brady to change his image in a positive way,” Clay said during OutKick The Show on Thursday.
The differences between Brady and Peyton Manning, at least from a personality standpoint, were obvious back in the day. Then, Brady rebuilt how people viewed him, and now he’s a much more likable character.
As much as Thursday’s episode started off with a fun tone, Clay was ready to go in on some of the ridiculousness happening around the country.
The potential for a Florida domestic travel ban, Mandalorian star Gina Carano being fired for conservative comments and the NBA celebrating the Chinese New Year were all topics covered during the show.
It’s definitely worth checking out.
