The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has announced the data shows it’s safe to reopen public schools and get kids back in the building in a traditional learning environment.
And OutKick’s Clay Travis says it’s high time to follow the CDC’s recommendations.
“To me, this is a nonpartisan issue,” Travis said. “Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, you should be looking at all the data and saying, ‘My goodness, our kids have been out of school for almost 11 months now.'”
Travis added, “Easily, many kids across the country are going to be out of school for over a year. The impact on these kids for not being in school is massive. Far more impactful in the long range, I believe, than anything that happened with COVID in the short term.”

My wife works for a private school that has been going in person since last August without issue. If anything they’ve far too many unnecessary restrictions on the kids inside the school right now that are there just to keep nut job Nashville leaders off their backs. One thing is for certain, there is absolutely no reason teachers shouldn’t be in the classroom and schools fully open. It’s already been done.
