For at least a year, Chrissy Teigen has been telling us how to live our lives, mostly via her social media accounts. She has been preaching particularly about the importance of wearing a mask to fend off COVID-19 and erase our fears.
That is, after all, supposedly all it takes. Despite the fact more people wear masks than they did when the pandemic first hit, the reported number of positive coronavirus tests continue to rise.
Anyway, based on pictures of Teigen published by the New York Post, she doesn’t even abide by the “wisdom” that she continuously espouses.
“The Sports Illustrated model, 35, was photographed taking a dip in the sea and riding a jet ski with daughter Luna,” wrote Nicki Gostin of the NY Post. “Husband John Legend enjoyed a kayak and some snorkeling.”
Based on the photos, that snorkeling mask appears the only one used. But Teigen has again defied any backlash, which she seems to receive continuously from people with brains, and stated that her New Year’s resolution is not to care how people respond to her bizarre posts and behavior.
In other words, she will continue to spit out statements that may or may not be backed by science or other forms of fact-checking, acting as if they are absolute. We should expect nothing less.
When you are starved for attention because you haven’t posted your bits for the world to see for a while…you’ll break a few mask ordinances to make sure the mob sees you.
Once, just once, can’t one of these sanctimonious assholes display some sense of humility or shame when caught being a hypocrite? Rather than turning it around and blaming the very same people they have been deriding for so long?
Why is it so hard? Could it be because they are actually subhuman monsters, and to experience something like personal shame or humility is impossible for them?
If there’s anyone that should always have a mask on ……

Thank-you Ms. Tiegen for joining the ever growing list of prominent individuals who actually display just how seriously the virus needs to be taken.
Remember, having awareness is great because you don’t actually have to do anything.

I get invited on morning TV shows all the time, you don’t.
So add “Celebrities on expensive vacations” to the list of things Covid-19 knows to avoid. This virus is amazing
