Chipper Jones Drops Foul Ball Because The Braves Are In Postseason Mode

During Game 3 of Braves/Brewers, a foul ball off the bat of Brewers second baseman Luis Urias landed behind home plate and directly into the hands of MLB legend Chipper Jones, who was watching the game in the stands.

At least for a moment.

Jones fumbled the pop up just as we'd all expect any Atlanta Brave to do in October.

No glove makes these plays more difficult than people think, but it's Chipper FREAKING Jones. Imagine he catches this ball and salutes the home crowd in front of 45,000 screaming tomahawk chops? That would've gotten the home crowd pumped up -- even if it is a Monday morning postseason game.

It's wild how Chipper was young not too long ago and now our kids ask us who that old guy with a grey goatee is behind home plate. Other than Hank Aaron, that's one of the greatest third basemen who ever lived, kids.
