I’ll be up front, I’m not that great at golf. Eh, I’m terrible actually, but I do enjoy playing. There’s isn’t a better feeling than when you get ahold of a good one and it just feels … right.
I’m sure that’s how Bryson DeChambeau felt on the sixth hole at the Arnold Palmer Invitational golf tournament on Saturday. There’s crushing a golf ball, and there’s doing what DeChambeau did to it on his mind-blowing 370-yard drive.
Check this out:
370 yards. 💪😲

I just want to feel that sort of power once … just once, and I’m good. The only thing missing here is the running start or else we’d be calling him Happy Gilmore.
And DeChambeau knew it too. The celebration within second was golden — and warranted.
At the conclusion of Saturday, DeChambeau was tied with Corey Conners for second at -10. Both were trailing Lee Westwood, who currently sits at -11 with only Sunday left to go.

Rory hit it 4 yards less and no theatrics.
I am reading this comment in Richard Kiel’s voice.
Phil still crushes the ball in his 40’s without all the antics and back destroying torque of DeshowBoat!!
golf needs another Tiger like dude and Fast. golf is becoming and exhibition again. rather than a competition. its good for current golfers and bad for fans.
Dude looks like a linebacker
I’m old enough to remember when the old guard was fretting at how Tiger was “disrespectful to the game” with his fist pumps and big reactions.
