Charly Arnolt joined OutKick in April 2023 to develop and co-host a new weekday morning show that will launch ahead of football season that will not only cover sports, but also dive into pop culture, news and politics. She takes on this role while maintaining her current position as a host and reporter for UFC. Previously, Arnolt worked at ESPN for nearly 5 years, joining in September 2018, as a multi-platform host and reporter contributing to many of ESPN’s signature brands including First Take and SportsCenter, along with appearing on ESPN+’s weekday morning show, SportsNation. In January 2021, Arnolt launched the network’s first ever all-female driven podcast entitled First Take, Her Take. During the first half of her ESPN tenure, Arnolt worked simultaneously at WWE, where she first gained attention nationally starting in June 2016 as a host and backstage interviewer going by the stage name Charly Caruso.
