Charlotte Motor Speedway Announces Full Capacity With No Masks Requirements, Masks Recommended For Unvaccinated

Charlotte Motor Speedway announced that their events in May will be at full capacity with no mask requirements. However, they're also saying masks are "encouraged" for the unvaccinated.

Are they going to ask us if we're vaccinated? Because if so, we all identify as vaccinated Americans. How convenient is that?

Charlotte Motor Speedway can hold upwards of 100,000 fans, so this is a big step. And if we're being honest, there's not going to be a mask in sight. We saw hardly any Braves fans at Truist Park cowering in fear -- why should we expect NASCAR fans to behave any differently?

Bottom line is that if you're scared of COVID, then you probably already have the vaccine circulating through your body. Everyone who has held off probably couldn't care less if they contract the virus to begin with. They'll take their chances.

This week, Rachel Maddow went on a rant about how she'll have "to re-wire" her brain so as not to view unmasked Americans as a "threat." Hopefully she won't make any stops in Charlotte anytime soon because Americans are about to show how unafraid they really are.
