Chargers Screwed By No-Call on Tyreek Hill Taking Helmet Off After TD

File this one away for maybe it will matter and maybe it will not: Patrick Mahomes connected with Tyreek Hill on a long bomb touchdown to make it 17-15. After the TD, Hill took his helmet off:

Hill should’ve been flagged, and the Chargers would’ve had the option to assess the penalty on the two-point conversion attempt, which the Chiefs ultimately converted.

Again, we’ll see if this makes a difference in the outcome of the game or not, but all 45 Chargers fans should be ticked off right now.

  1. Seriously?

Chargers guard jumps the snap count on 4th and 1–no call [good job by Romo/Nantz pointing it out]

Chargers linebacker goes crown first helmet-to-helmet into Sammy Watkins knocking him to of the game–no call [again called out by announcers]

TWO phantom holding calls on Chiefs line in final three minutes of regulation and we get an article about how the Chargers got screwed about a call for something that happened AFTER a play?

    Good grief.

  2. Six days later, Sammy Watkins still in concussion protocol and questionable for MNF against Ravens for BRTUAL helmet-to-helmet hit that was not flagged against Chargers.

And THEY’RE they ones who got screwed?

If you’re gonna post an article about a game—watch the whole game.
