CC Sabathia Continues To Rip Carlos Correa, And We Are Here For It

On their podcast, CC Sabathia and Ryan Ruocco discussed the comments made last week by Astros shortstop Carlos Correa. CC went off, and it was EPIC!

Baseball players are getting more outspoken as the years go on, and in this case, it's well warranted. Carlos Correa tries to find a reason to be angry about this situation, and it's annoying. It's like catching your girlfriend cheating, only to have her blame you for arriving home early.

Correa comes across as immature. He seems to have no awareness of what happened in Houston. The entire Houston Astros organization got caught cheating, a calculated deception that tainted the Astros image. Even if Correa can't understand why fans won't recognize his accomplishments, he deserves everything he gets.

The good news is that Carlos has just prolonged the hatred for his team. This hatred won't go away by 2021. Most baseball purists feared that the COVID season would dampen the hysteria. Instead, Correa's handling of the 2020 season only strengthened the nation's resolve never to forget their pathetic apologies.

CC Sabathia was a fan favorite, not only because he won a 2009 World Series title, but because he wore his emotion on his sleeve. Part of the reason that fans embrace certain personalities is that they have an uncanny ability to speak for the room.

Carlos Correa: "What are they gonna say now?"

Just ask CC, Carlos. He'll tell you how baseball REALLY feels.
