What’s it take to keep that big boy Bryson DeChambeau powered? Oh, just four eggs, five pieces of bacon, toast, two protein shakes and two Orgain protein shakes — for breakfast. It gets more impressive from there. We’re talking all sorts of protein at lunch, more shakes, snacks. Then at dinner it’s big boy food: steak, potatoes and two shakes.
We’re talking six to seven Orgain protein shakes per day. His words. I’m not sure what a GoMacro bar is, but a quick Google search shows a wrapper using words such as “protein pleasure” and it’s vegan in case that matters.
Add it all up and this is what’s powering the new PGA masher who’s sitting in second place on the tour with a 320.1 avg; Cameron Champ is first with a 320.8 avg.
