Poinsettia Bowl: Boise State (8-4) vs Northern Illinois (8-5)

Two teams that have struggled against the spread in the month of December will meet in San Diego when the Boise State Broncos face the Northern Illinois Huskies in the Poinsettia Bowl. The Broncos, 8-point betting favorites, have gone 1-4 ATS in their last five December games and failed to cover two of their past three bowl games. Boise State has squared off against Pac-12 schools in each of its last four bowl appearances, going 3-1 straight-up and 2-2 ATS. The Huskies are 1-5 ATS in their last six December games and have lost their last three bowls both SU and ATS.

GoDaddy Bowl: Bowling Green (10-3) vs Georgia Southern (8-4)

The Bowling Green Falcons, 7.5-point favorites, hope to turn around their postseason fortunes when they square off against the Georgia Southern Eagles in the GoDaddy Bowl. The Falcons have lost four of their last five bowl games but won nine of 10 overall en route to taking home the MAC championship. Bowling Green is 6-1 against the spread after a win while Georgia Southern is 8-1 ATS in its past nine following a loss. The Eagles were upset by the Georgia State Panthers 34-7 as massive 20.5-point favorites in a Sun Belt matchup on December 5. The favorite is 11-2 straight-up and 9-3-1 ATS in the past 13 GoDaddy Bowls.

Bahamas Bowl: Middle Tennessee (7-5) vs Western Michigan (7-5)

The Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders will look to win their fifth consecutive game both SU and ATS when they take on the 4.5-point favorite Western Michigan Broncos in the Bahamas Bowl. The Blue Raiders have covered their last four games en route to an 8-4 mark ATS overall this season, but they have lost three in a row both straight-up and ATS during the month of December. Western Michigan is riding a four-game bowl losing streak and dropped two of three SU and ATS to end the regular season.

Hawaii Bowl: San Diego State (10-3) vs Cincinnati (7-6)

The San Diego State Aztecs will try to extend their winning streak to 10 games as 1.5-point favorites against the Cincinnati Bearcats in the Hawaii Bowl. The Aztecs have gone 8-1 against the spread in winning their last nine games, barely failing to cover as 3.5-point chalk in a 27-24 win over the Air Force Falcons in the MWC Championship Game. The Bearcats have alternated wins and losses in their past five games overall, but they have gone just 3-9 ATS in their previous 12 bowl appearances. However, the underdog has gone 6-2 ATS in the last eight Hawaii Bowls.
