Don't tell Vegas the SEC is having a down year, they don't buy it -- the SEC is favored in nine of its ten bowl games, the only underdog is Florida against Michigan.

The Pac 12 is favored in six of its nine bowl games, the ACC is projected to go 3-4, the Big Ten 4-6, and the Big 12 3-4.

It's possible my counting on this is a bit off because I only slept two hours last night. So you can check my math.

But it's fairly clear that Vegas believes the SEC and the Pac 12 are the best top to bottom conferences in the country. And that the SEC is still the best overall by a fairly substantial margin.
