Texas DB BJ Foster Breaks Hand Punching Car

BJ Foster, a defensive back at Texas who has been written about as a possible eventual first round NFL Draft pick, evidently broke his hand punching a car in a fit of rage. Per Anwar Richardson, a reporter at Rivals, Texas coach Tom Herman disclosed the news to reporters today:

That's an absolute dagger on multiple levels. I've definitely been there where I'm so pissed off that my dumb brain delusionally tells me I should punch a solid object hard enough that the pain in my hand will supersede the discomfort of my anger, but thankfully it has never escalated to the level where I caused myself lasting damage.

Hopefully, for Foster's sake, the severity of the injury isn't something that will keep him out of action this season.
