Clay and Buck: Bill Cosby is Not Guilty, But Not Innocent

Bill Cosby was set free Wednesday due to technicalities. Clay Travis and Buck Sexton reacted further on Thursday’s show:

“To me, there is a difference between being not guilty and being innocent,” Clay tells Buck. “And I think a lot of people conflate those two. But from a legal perspective, you can be not guilty of a particular charge or a particular crime and still probably have done it, and I think that’s where we are with Bill Cosby. And I think there’s a little bit of an analogy here with OJ, right? If you want to go back a long time to OJ Simpson, OJ Simpson clearly killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, for anyone out there who paid any attention to that case at all.”

Buck responds, anyone “who believes in reality, yes.”

Clay: “Now, what I would say is so interesting about the way this story is being covered so far is it’s very muted. There are somewhere around 60 women who accused Bill Cosby of raping them — 60, six zero. I am of the opinion… I have never seen a story in my career as a lawyer where you could get 60 different women to lie and all tell the same lie.”

Buck: “Right. This is effectively statistically impossible.”

Clay: “Impossible.”

  1. Had Bill Cosby been promoting the BS-culture, he’d have never been prosecuted.. He was CRUSHING the leftist agenda and talking about how bad “Black Culture” had become in the US… they had to shut him up.

    They did.

He may be free now, but the consequences of NOT “towing the line” is very visible.

  2. He was released because the District Attorney lied to him when he said that Cosby’s testimony in a civil suit would NOT be used against him . The SC held that the public statement made by the District Attorney was enforceable and thus, Cosby’s testimony should not have been used by the subsquent District Attorney as evidence.

While Cosby clearly committed a crime (by his own admission), the original DA believed he did not have enough evidence at the time to obtain a conviction. Thus, the subsequent DA violated Cosby’s due process rights….it’s pretty straight-forward.

  3. Bill Cosby is innocent if she hadn’t been a LGBQT person he would of never went to jail. BTW just as men lie so do women. The LGBQT don’t like black men. So please don’t believe everything a woman says especially if it’s about a agenda or narrative the msm and LGBQT want to promote. I’m for Cosby as was will be a great black man
