Bellator MMA is undergoing a season of change. As in, its getting rid of 15 fighters, according to MMA Fighting.

Twelve of the fighters are part of Bellator’s European series, MMA Fighting wrote. Bellator officials confirmed the news.

Among the names on the list is Zach Freeman, who won his Bellator debut by defeating heavily favored Aaron Pico. Unbeaten SBG Ireland Mandy Bohm was also released.

Per MMA Fighting, the full list of released Bellator fighters is as follows:

  • Justin Burlinson
  • Ruben Crawford
  • Zach Freeman
  • Constantin Gnusariev
  • A.J. Matthews
  • Giorgio Pietrini
  • Bobby Voelker
  • Claudio Conti
  • Will Fleury
  • Pietro Penini
  • Yannick Bahati
  • Karl Moore
  • Jade Jorand
  • Malin Hermansson
  • Mandy Bohm

On the bright side, Bellator has continued to add prospects and free agent talent to its lineup. But what is OK news for Bellator is bad news for some of those trying to make a name for themselves in the sport.
