Chicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen was taken off the field today after what looks like a torn ACL. A Devastating blow for a team that needs to help Nick Foles any way they can.

Most ACL injuries in the NFL come from non-contact cutting, but this hit was gross. Low hit for sure that seemed unintentional after looking at this footage. Cohen just signed a 3-year, $17.25M extension and Chicago can’t afford to miss his production.
After a hard-fought win that involved the benching of Mitchell Trubisky, Nick Foles might be expected to throw the ball even more next week. Losing a prolific running back is probably the last thing Foles needs right now.
Nothing official on Cohen’s knee, but when we have that information we will be sure to share.
Too many injuries needed a couple preseason warm ups get those bodies used to contact oh well maybe next year.
