Bank Of America Challenges Workers To Get Woke, Critical Race Theory Rages On

Journalist Christopher F. Rufo, who has been documenting Critical Race Theory's 100-yard dash through corporate America, got his hands on more internal training material and Bank of America, like American Express, is the latest company to push its workers to get "woke at work."

BOA documents, according to Rufo, show that the company encouraged employees to jump onboard with their "Racial Equity 21-Day Challenge" that incorporated CRT with specific emphasis on intersectionality, white privilege, white fragility, and systemic racism.

Here's how day one of the challenge went:

• Workers were taught that the U.S. is a "radicalized society" and whites are "living a life with white skin privileges." Big stuff, right? It's not just white adults that are a problem. The 21-Day Challenge also points to white toddlers and how they "develop racial biases by ages three to five" and those toddlers need to "reject the 'smog' of white privilege."

Ultimately, at the end of the challenge, workers were encouraged to bring their new-found wokeness to work with them where they were asked to "cede power to people of color within and across teams, organizations, and systems."

Workers were also challenged to watch a TED talk, that's right a TED talk, by Baratunde Thurston, who wrote a book titled How To Be Black. Speaking of books, workers were also encouraged to give back, which is a noble cause. Yep, they were encouraged to collect and donate books to kids that were written by black authors.

And if you're not woke after those 21 days of finding your inner wokeness, it might be time to do another 21-day cycle. 42 days of woke--ing should do the trick.
