Orioles Prospect Hits On 'Bachelor' Star Madison Prewett Via Incredible Poem

Orioles prospect Adley Rutschman, a 2019 1st round draft pick, is officially a social media hero after he dropped a beautiful roses are red poem on 'Bachelor' star Madison Prewett. Rutschman, who made it to high-A ball in 2019, saw an opportunity to shoot his shot with Prewett, who finished runner-up on season 24 of the show, and didn't disappoint.

This is A+ work from Rutschman, who will have serious locker room clout over this one if minor league baseball ever returns.

Prewett, an Auburn grad, wrote: "Roses are red, violets are blue, whoever finishes this best, dinner on me for two."

Rutschman ($8.1 million signing bonus) responded with: "Roses are red, violets are blue…I’ll change your name to Rutschman from Prew."

Prewett was left pretty much speechless, but did respond with, "woah this is moving really fast…first I need to know how do u say that last name." Rutschman wasn't done doing work. His response: "Guess we will have something to talk about over dinner then."

Game over. And that's how it's done, guys. Have the confidence, fire away and if she's still not interested there are plenty of other fish on Instagram to cast a line at. Do it classy, do it with confidence.

Now we wait to hear if Prew will take up Adley on that dinner date.
