Announcing Outkick the Weekend in Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino

Here's the deal, I have been talking about doing an event in Las Vegas for a couple of years now and I've finally decided to just make it happen.

All I can tell you is that it's going to be awesome and you'll be glad you came. Also, that we have limited space and availability for this event.

Here are the basic details.

It's at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino from August 23rd to 26th and there are packages for Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as just Friday and Saturday. You can get either a standard room or a suite in the all suite tower.

All of those hotel room options are available here.

The highest end VIP package costs $2000, gets you a suite for three nights, and you get to attend a steak dinner on Thursday night with me and a special guest that you'll love. The lowest end package is a standard room on Friday and Saturday, which costs $490. Honestly, I've made this as affordable as I possibly can. For once, I'm not even trying to make any money, I'm just trying to prove my idea for a yearly Outkick the Weekend makes sense.

We will have panel discussions on sports media, gambling and the legal ramifications of both on Friday and Saturday. The Friday discussion will be 2-6 and the Saturday panels will be 10-2. The panelists will be people you recognize from radio and TV. I'll announce those details as it gets closer to the event, but, trust me, you're going to be blown away by the speaker quality.

Also, for the lawyers, we are going to offer you eight hours of sports media, gambling and the law CLE credit. So if you are a lawyer you can bring out your entire law firm -- or just yourself -- and expense the trip as a business cost. Details on signing up for the CLE are here.

Again, it's August 23rd-26th and we have limited availability so you need to sign up now.

If you are in Las Vegas, or already have a place to stay that weekend, you can buy tickets for the event only here, but, again, these are limited in nature.

Put simply, unless I get access to more rooms, I think we're going to sell out on this thing pretty quickly.

So come hang with us in Vegas.
