St. Louis County Embraces COVID Hysteria By Bringing Back Mandatory Mask Mandate
Announced on Friday, St. Louis County and the city of St. Louis will reinstate its mask mandate for all citizens over the age of five. The mandate pertains to all indoor gatherings, while also strongly suggested for outdoor gatherings.
An inevitable outcome of LA County's disregard for CDC guidelines, counties are now reverting to ignoring the science of the vaccine, and herd immunity, by instinctively bringing back COVID lockdowns as their vapid solution for the virus.
As OutKick's Clay Travis predicted hours before the announcement was made Friday, the lunacy of a return to masks is sure to drive Americans up the wall, following a year where the nation had to shut its doors and coerce all demographics to wear face coverings.
In the case of St. Louis County, the mandate will demand that children over the age of five wear a mask indoors and in school.
"I think the fired up nature of a lot parents out there, if their kids are gonna be forced to wear masks for another year, I think there are a lot of people out there that are done with it. That are going to fight like hell, like they've never fought before, to try to stop this thing from happening."
Setting an imprudent precedent for all vaccinated and recovered Americans, continued COVID restrictions and mask mandates in response to the Delta variant have remained ignorant of the CDC's instruction to drop the mask.
Even with the rise of the Delta variant that has bumped the total number of cases nationwide, as predicted by experts months ago, the cowardice of counties to ignore pleas for a return to normalcy continues to steer the norm toward embracing restrictions as a way to combat COVID, rather than presenting a cogent solution based on data.
