New Poll: 60 Percent Of Americans Would Now Vote Against Biden
All the recent polls have been hammering Joe Biden, and the newest doesn't exactly do him any favors, either.
In fact, according to a survey by Fox News, around 60 percent of Americans would vote for someone other than Biden in the 2024 election if it were held today.
Now, this sort of news isn't uncommon for the president. But that 60 percent is fairly higher than most when it comes to these sort of surveys.
"Fifty-two percent said they would vote for someone other than Trump if it were February 2020, and 51 percent said they would select somebody other than Obama if it were August 2011," Mark Moore of the New York Post relayed.
So the Biden news is especially bad news for his administration after his first year in office.
"The survey also shows the deep dissatisfaction Americans feel for Biden’s handling of the economy, the COVID-19 pandemic, border security and foreign policy," Moore noted.
The Fox News survey follows two polls late last week that delivered similar blows.
Those polls, conducted by NBC News and the Associated Press-NORC, were released Thursday to mark the one-year anniversary of Biden’s inauguration.
As the New York Post noted, Biden received “poor marks for his handling of the economy, the COVID-19 pandemic, relations with Russia and overall competence — with one survey finding less than half of Democrats want him to seek re-election.”
Overall, 54 percent disapproved of Biden in the NBC survey. It was even worse in the AP poll, with 56 percent of Americans giving Biden a thumbs down.
