5 Star Mississippi State Signee On Video Hitting Woman, Apologizes

Happy Easter, y'all.

Five star Mississippi State signee Jeffery Simmons apologized after video of him hitting a woman surfaced late this week. In the video, Simmons, a 6'4" 250 pound five star defensive end who signed with Mississippi State on signing day, hits a woman who is already prostrate on the ground several times. After Simmons punches her another woman, hefty and wearing a red shirt, punches, kicks, and drags the woman on the concrete as well.

Remarkably the assaulted woman stands up -- she may have a future in MMA -- and walks away from the parking lot.

Simmons apologized for his actions, saying that he was defending his family and upset over insults directed at his nephews.

Outkick has reached out to Mississippi State to see what comment, if any, they have on the incident and will update when we receive word.
